Counterpoint Systems provides support through the Counterpoint Helpdesk. The helpdesk can be reached via email, internet or telephone, and our support staff are located in London and Los Angeles giving you cover for 17 hours out of 24.
The Counterpoint Helpdesk staff will usually be able to give immediate front-line assistance. Additional support is provided by our Client Services team who are industry expert business analysts and project managers with first-hand experience in rights and royalty administration roles, and who have a deep understanding of our clients' industries and business processes.
