Maestro Relationship Management

One of our clients’ major expenses is the physical printing and distribution of statements and reports. As a result, we offer Maestro Relationship Management, which allows you to provide an online royalty service to your clients. Clients can securely log on and view and download their statements in an electronic format, with reporting views which include detailed analysis of all of the sources of income. This means many of your clients’ queries can be answered online, saving you from having to deal with the queries manually.
 

MusicSource

MusicSource is an online search engine which makes your catalog available on the web to generate more business. MusicSource allows you to identify the catalog data you want to publish, and then provides the ability to categorise that data using your own fields and values. Digital Asset Management

Digital Asset Management (a new release for 2010) means that in addition to managing and publishing data, we also offer the ability to manage digital media files as well as manage the data for searching. Counterpoint is now the only software provider that covers the full range of solutions - from the back office through to online search and media file delivery. Our online solutions are developed around the Maestro Data Hub, which removes the need for costly integration or mapping exercises as part of your project.
