The ideal candidate will be able to provide technical and customer support services via the telephone, e-mail and in person. The position requires a minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting and finance. Knowledge of Windows computer systems is highly desirable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interface with clients to aid with system implementation, training and problem resolution
  • Provide level 1 generic support (first contact with client) and level 2 (advanced technical and customer care)
  • Provide technical sales support such as product demonstrations and responses to prospect inquiries
  • Interface with the product development team to ensure that all project work is examined and meets quality and accuracy requirements
  • Manage and organize software documentation

Required Experience

  • 1-2 years experience in accounting and finance
  • 1-2 years hands-on experience in Windows
  • Familiarity with royalty statement reporting systems (preferably Counterpoint or Right Track)
