This, as well other information concerning your customer account status, choice of products and services, and customer logs, is used in the normal course of providing services to you.
An example would be your product support page(s), where we display information specifically relating to your products and modules.
Also, if you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to this site or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the site, and Counterpoint considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, we can use whatever information that is available to us about you to stop such behaviour. Client lists
The names of Counterpoint’s client companies are listed on our clients page. If you do not wish your company to be listed, please contact your product support team. The names of individual users at client companies will never be used our site without that individual’s express prior agreement, other than on pages which are password protected for the individual in question, e.g. a personalised support page. Counterpoint Systems does not trade, rent or sell your personal information to others.
Data protection
Your account password is encrypted and securely stored. When you enter you password in the login form, it is encrypted in transit over the web to safeguard against interception.
