Jennifer Johnson, Director of Client Services, Assumes New Global Management Responsibility
Counterpoint Systems Inc., the leading provider of software solutions for rights management, royalty accounting and product licensing for the brand licensing, media & entertainment, and music industries, has announced continued expansion of its worldwide client services team. Jennifer Johnson, Director of Client Services, has assumed additional management responsibility over the company’s global client services organization.
“As the demand for our software increases, we continue to attract qualified individuals from the markets we serve to support our growing client base.” says Steve Pitts, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Counterpoint. “Providing support to clients with experts who understand their unique business challenges sets Counterpoint apart from other technology providers.”
With the summer release of License Maestro, Counterpoint’s newest solution for the consumer brand licensing industry and the increased interest in its music, media and entertainment Maestro solutions, “the company needed to invest in adding resources to get clients up and running smoothly,” says Amos Biegun, Counterpoint’s Chief Executive Officer. “Bringing on industry insiders, Jimeka Bates from Mattel, Blake Buckley and Michael Cusimano from Universal Music, and Lee Kuroda from Paramount Studios has only helped make our efforts that much more successful.
Leading the client services team is Jennifer Johnson, who started at Counterpoint in 2006 as a project manager. As the worldwide Director of Client Services, “we have complete confidence that Jennifer will continue to ensure excellent customer service to our 400+ clients and profitability to Counterpoint,” continued Biegun. “With our continued growth we felt this was a key appointment for the business.”
