Welcome to our new website

8 February 2005

New for 2005, Counterpoint's home on the web has been extensively overhauled, extended and refurbished. The site represents the merger of www.counterp.com, formerly our site dedicated to corporate news and the Maestro product range, together with www.pelicanprofiles.com, the website for our Pelican ProFiles range of products for the licensing industry. We also provide complete coverage of our Fresh Ground product range, making our entire portfolio available under one roof.

This new site provides comprehensive coverage of our products and services, together with an explanation of how they meet the needs of the industries we work with.

We hope this helps all our visitors find the information they require to make informed choices about working with Counterpoint.

Another significant improvement our customers will enjoy is the introduction of a personalised support page for each product you own. This page will be used for:

  • Making updates, data and documents available for secure download, personalised to you. This system will be phased in to replace the use of the FTP site to distribute files to our customers. Users will simply log in to their website support page, and click on the links to download files waiting in their inbox.
  • Publishing product-specific technical bulletins
  • Showing a breakdown of your particular product configuration, such as which modules your system has.
  • Updating your account details

This initiative has been designed to make the process of distributing files to clients easier and more manageable. If you have any suggestions for other features you would like to see on this page we would love to hear from you - please contact your product support team.

Please note that this facility has not yet been introduced for all our products.

Existing customers can visit their support page by selecting their product from the dropdown menu at the top of the page, and then choosing "Support" from the side menu.

We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome any feedback.
