New-Look Helpdesk

Counterpoint Systems are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Helpdesk administrator to our London office. Paul Bellchambers will manage the logging of all Music, Record and Movie Maestro support calls, and will keep clients up to date with upgrades and feedback on any open issues.

Many of our clients who have worked closely with Nandi Dada in this role, can continue to do so in her new position of Client Manager. In this new role, Nandi will liase with clients, managing installations and training, and resolving issues that cannot be closed by front line support.

This restructuring will increase the speed and efficiency with which we can deal with your inquiries, issues and requests, as well as helping us provide a more comprehensive service. Further details of our support process are available in the Support Section of this site.
