Taking a peak inside Tech Alley, we find the Pelican Programmers winding up development on the PDI Express and the Agent Module. The PDI Express will allow licensees to send their sales and royalty data directly to a licensor using CMS for upload and calculation without using CPS. The Agent Module provides special functionality only agents will appreciate including breaking out the agent percentage on the accounting side, and producing the reports that are sent to the licensors.
Development is ongoing on creating a Pelican warehouse capable of communicating with ORACLE, DB2 and SQL Server back ends. Projected completion and beta testing will begin in the spring of 2001.
We have some special things happening just for licensees. More to come in the New Year.
