In response to user requests and in addition to the published Core Changes enhancements, Counterpoint has applied the following major enhancements to the Maestro 400 License Tracking module.
Entry of catalog and units now optional
It is now fully under your control to establish the rules for entry of Catalog and Units on mechanical income lines. New user controls have been established to provide for the setting of the validation rules. (Release 5.0.2)
Include sub coded song income
If a song is being tracked then income posted to any of its sub codes will also be tracked. If the sub code is linked to the specific product, or the main song is to be tracked and it is linked to the product then a match is made. (Release 5.0.2)
Rejected licenses report
It is now possible to limit the report by specifying thresholds for Units and/or Amount Received. (Release 5.0.6)
Unit variance report
A run time selection allows you to specify whether the variance should be calculated on all songs on the product or only those which have income posted to them. (Release 5.0.6)
New Tracking Listings
Three new reports have been created: (1) Tracked songs lists all songs marked to be tracked. (2) Tracked sources lists all sources marked to be tracked and shows whether or not all songs are to be tracked. (3) Partially tracked products lists all products where only some of the songs are marked to be tracked. It is possible to select a specific product or all products and additionally to specify whether all songs linked to the product or only those being tracked should be listed. (Release 5.0.3)
Missing songs report
For US and Canada users only the rate has replaced the paid on % column. In the case of missing songs the rate is taken from the license information, otherwise it is calculated from the income line details. (Release 5.0.7)
Invalid song/catalog rport
Has been enhanced to put the sub code and main song titles on separate report lines and has additionally been enhanced to include the sub coded song Description field. (Releases 5.0.4 and 5.0.7 respectively)
Sales History Report
Has been amended to ensure that all songs linked to the product are reported.
