This is where raw data becomes useful information. The system comes with standard and management reports, queries, and a report writer. Most reports can be selected for a date range and sorted by various criteria. The queries give you on screen access to your data at the click of a button. The report writer allows you to create your own ad hoc reports and queries, each of which can be stored and used over and over again. The report writer also allows modification of the system standard reports. Additionally, reports can be automatically generated as an Excel spreadsheet to allow for further analysis, data manipulation, and special print formatting. A tutorial accompanies the reporting tools along with a list of system table and field names.
