The Security module permits you to establish the proper access by approved personnel to menus, and windows within the Contract Management System. The Security module allows you to grant levels of rights to individual users or groups with your organization. Rights within the system range from all rights, to read only, to no access. Access can be reduced to menu items and windows. The System Administrator for your Contract Management System will determine which employees and departments have rights to any or all of the system. By default, the system allows all users into all areas; the security module then restricts the rights by users and user groups to the menus and windows as required by your company.
