The ProFiles Data Interchange (PDI), addresses the reporting challenges of the licensing industry. The PDI allows electronic updates between two Pelican ProFiles Systems, one at the licensee and one at the licensor, and vice versa, thus eliminating redundant data entry and data entry errors, freeing up hours of time. Additionally, the PDI can used to produce and receive royalty reports in predetermined file format from licensees. For Licensees using a Pelican ProFiles solution, this file format can be produced directly form their installed system. For licensees who do not use a ProFiles solution, this same format can be produced in a simple spreadsheet. The PDI is a robust Module allowing full cross-referencing between Licensor data values and Licensee data values. It provides a fast and easy solution for contract and royalty information upload and exchange.
