The ProFiles Data Interchange (PDI) with File Creation allows automated electronic production of royalty reports in a predetermined file format from licensees. For Licensees using a Pelican ProFiles solution, this file format can be produced directly form their installed system. For licensees who do not use a ProFiles solution, this same format can be produced in a simple spreadsheet. Any Licensor system with the PDI Module Implemented can receive this pre-defined format, thereby eliminating the need for lengthy and arduous data entry.
