This area tracks the standard contract details, dates, terms, and requirements, which once entered can be merged into a deal memo or contract boilerplate. The contract data drives all the other modules of the system to generate records and validate data. Royalty reports are due based on the contract's terms and calculated on the contract's rates. Accounts receivables for advances, guarantees, and other scheduled payments are automatically created and tracked. Most of the data elements entered into this section of the package are managed in supplemental tables, allowing for ease of administration, consistency and 'one stop maintenance'.
