This module is the central repository where all addresses, contacts, email addresses, as well as phone and fax numbers are stored for all companies and contracts used in the system. All licensees, licensors, agents, participants, sub contractors, and any other interested party are entered here. Up to four addresses including multiple contacts and phone numbers may be assigned to each party. Credit, business plan, and brand information may also be included. Foreign addresses can be displayed or printed in their native format. A comment log is attached to each address record and contract. The Comment Log is the central repository for notes, communications, and actions taken. It is available to all departments and greatly enhances internal communications as well as documenting actions taken.
