The CRM allows you to secure every single area of their system on a client-by-client basis. Some users will be entitled to use their balances, download statements and perform enquiries, while others can be restricted only to performing enquiries. The system is built to be as secure as online banking to ensure the highest level of privacy for your data.
Perform inquiries, check registration status
Inquiries can be performed on both copyright and royalty information. Users can see the splits on a song and multi-territory registration status can be examined, showing them exactly which societies the song has been registered with. Period balances and financial transactions can also be viewed. Royalty figures can be seen in summary and in detail and totals by period, source, territory and income type are provided for analysis. Information can be made available for all periods from the point at which the client was entered into your system.
Driven by Maestro
All of the data within the CRM is driven by Music Maestro, iMaestro or Maestro 400 - the only thing you will need to do is set up the various security levels for your clients. The system can be hosted by you, Counterpoint or a third party and will be seamlessly integrated into your corporate website.
