This module has three prime functions: to cast and hold songs, to track the casting history, and to categorize songs into user-definable groups.
The "hold a song" section allows the users to place a particular song on hold for a certain period of time while awaiting a response to the demo tape, and ensures that no other person sends or promises a copy of the tape to someone else.
The song history section allows the user to maintain details of who the demo tape was sent to, by whom, the date that it was sent and the recipient's reaction to the tape.
The song casting and categorization section allows the user to maintain details of whom the professional department feel the song is suitable for and also categorizes the songs in multiple categories. A comprehensive inquiry system into all aspects of the Professional Module is available.
