The Current Period Inquiry allows the royalty department to view the current period royalty statements via the computer in place of being forced to print a trial statement.
This is achieved by Maestro 400 creating special indexes during an interim processing run thus making the interim details available to this inquiry. Errors that are noticed may be corrected and the effect of the correction will be displayed when the next inquiry is made. This inquiry substantially reduces the amount of time necessary to review statements.
