This module allows the user to specify which songs are to be notified to which sub-publishers and affiliates.

The new and amended songs and interested party information is downloaded to a file which is then sent (by diskette, tape or electronically) to the publishers that represent the catalog in the various territories. For receiving publishers who are not able to accept this type of input, a hard-copy report can be produced.
