This module is a dual function module that will transfer the royalty payment request to an accounts payable system and will accept details of advance payments, checks etc. that have been made by the accounts payable system.
If the checks are based on payments originally generated from the royalty system there are validation procedures built in to Maestro 400 to ensure the amount on the check is equal to the amount on the original payment. Certain tailored modifications will be required to provide interfaces into and from an accounts payable system.
