The Cashbook module is utilized by the finance department to log and control all types of royalty and other receipts.
The receipts are batched and posted and the details are accepted once the batch balances. Details of all royalty receipts are transferred to the royalty system and the statements are tied backed to the cash receipt to facilitate automatic reconciliation of royalties received to royalties processed.
The Cashbook module incorporates a bank reconciliation report and general ledger interface mechanism in addition to providing various informational and analytical reports together with the ability to directly download the data into any of the popular spreadsheet programs.
