The automatic payment feature of the system produces a file containing details of the net amounts payable to each royalty account at the end of each period.
The Check Writer utilizes this information to print royalty checks. The system is also able to transfer the payment details to any accounts payable system, generate the checks from within that system, and receive a data file confirming the payment details from the accounts payable system.
