The Contracts module provides the business affairs department with a means of maintaining details of all the contracts that have been concluded.
The contract is summarised and the summary contract is held on the database, making the details available to all personnel within the publishing company provided that they have the required authority. A user definable report writer is incorporated into this module allowing you to produce ad-hoc reports. The module also incorporates a sub-publisher notification system and you are able to define your own mailing list of who should receive notification of the new or amended contracts.
