This module works in conjunction with the Licensing Module to verify that the publisher has been paid on all licenses that have been issued.
The module produces variance reports highlighting errors and non-payment of royalties due (please note that the Licensing Module is a prerequisite). In addition, the module maintains a separate history database of units and rates paid and the user is able to interrogate this information to ensure that the record companies have paid the publishers for the correct number of units sold.
