The Synch Quotes & Licensing module allows the user to maintain details of all synchronization requests, from the initial request stage through to the executed license.
The status of individual synch sheets may be tracked via milestone dates. A user-definable date function is also available, allowing definition of as many dates and explanations as required. Details are accessible through an on-line enquiry and comprehensive reporting features.
Reports are available in both fixed format and via a user-definable report writer, the latter providing flexible format and data selection functions. All reports may be either printed or downloaded as text files to a PC where they may be imported into spreadsheets or attached to an email.
