The Song Pitching Module provides a structured set of workflow tools allowing music publishers to pitch new material to managers, record labels and film & TV music supervisors. The system guides the user from the creation of an initial pitch, tracking of all activities and notes for any number of recipients, through to the creation of a license. Contacts and addresses can be managed through a centralised address book, enabling individual songs or lists of songs to be emailed to selected recipients, including MP3 file attachments or links to online sound files.
