The ProFiles Data Interchange (PDI) addresses the reporting challenges of the licensing industry. The PDI allows two-way, electronic updates between two Pelican ProFiles Systems, one at the licensee and one at the licensor. This eliminates redundant and error-prone data entry, freeing up hours of time.

Additionally, the PDI can used to produce and receive royalty reports in predetermined file format from licensees. For Licensees using a Pelican ProFiles solution, this file format can be produced directly from their installed system. For licensees who do not use a ProFiles solution, this same format can be produced in a simple spreadsheet.

The PDI is a robust Module allowing full cross-referencing between Licensor data values and Licensee data values. It provides a fast and easy solution for contract and royalty information upload and exchange.
