This module includes special contract entry and accounting functions to handle Agent commissions, expenses and reporting to licensors. It is intended for use by Licensing Agents and turns CMS into a system which not only tracks the receivables due from licensees, but also the receivables due from and/or payables due to licensors. The summarized reporting to Licensors combines the information from all contracts with a Licensor into a single, comprehensive report. Also included is automated tracking of out of pocket expenses to be paid to the Agency by the Licensors represented.
