At Counterpoint Systems we make every effort to ensure that assistance is available whenever and wherever you need it.

Product-specific support is available during London and Los Angeles office hours (17 hours out of every 24) via telephone and email. Our support staff will usually be able to provide immediate, front-line assistance, however, our dedicated industry experts and project managers are available for more detailed technical help.

The following other types of support are also available:

  • Support pages on our website can be accessed by registered clients in order to keep up to date on what new modules are available or what relevant updates have been released.
  • Detailed user manuals and technical specification documents are available for all our products, either as Help files, or in printed formats.
  • Training is available either on-site, to be conducted by one or more of our experts, or online, via the Webex online meeting programme.
